Why did I create this meditation?
When thoughts whirl round your head, it’s like being in the eye of a hurricane. You can feel powerless to control the sheer force of your mind.
Living in your head is something we can all fall prey to, and when it happens, it’s frustrating, and often starts a spiral into anxiety.
Getting out of your head and into your body has a profound effect on your state, and can help you feel calmer and more centred fairly quickly.
This meditation is designed to help you do exactly that.
If you’ve never meditated before or you believe you’re no good at it, this is a good guided introduction. And if you already love meditation, you already know how powerful it can be!
All you need to do is make yourself comfortable, plug in your headphones, listen, and let nature do the rest.
It won’t cure your reasons for overthinking, but it can help you get some perspective and calm.
